What is the Rumpelstiltskin AI ('Tip Toeing in My Jordans') meme?
The Rumpelstiltskin AI meme is a viral video styled like a 1970s/1980s European dark-fantasy film shot on 35mm film. A mischievous dancer in a velvet tailcoat sneaks into a candle-lit hay barn on tiptoe, shushes the camera, grins wide, and bounces across the straw while a woman in a white nightgown watches in disbelief.
On TikTok and Reels, the trend is widely known as the 'Tip Toeing in My Jordans' meme after RiFF RAFF's 2014 track 'Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz.' Despite rumors in comment sections, it is an original generative AI scene—not a clip from the 1987 Rumpelstiltskin movie.

When posting your downloaded MP4 to TikTok or Instagram Reels, tap 'Add Sound' and search 'Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz' by RiFF RAFF.
Shot-by-shot breakdown of the Rumpelstiltskin barn dance
| Time | What happens | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 0.0 – 1.5 s | Peeks into the candle-lit hay barn, raises one finger to lips ('shh') with a sly grin | Locks in facial identity from your uploaded portrait right in the opening hook |
| 1.5 – 3.0 s | Camera widens as knees bend and arms spread wide in the velvet tailcoat | Establishes the unmistakable vintage 35mm fairy-tale costume and posture |
| 3.0 – 5.0 s | Exaggerated bouncy tiptoe steps across the golden straw toward the lens | Hits the rhythm of the 'Tip Toeing in My Jordans' beat for a clean TikTok loop |
